How is a package quote calculated?
The price depends on the property location, visit frequency and agreed scope. You will receive the quote before the service starts.
Does every package have the same visit frequency?
Not necessarily. We agree the frequency for your specific property and the services you choose.
Is cleaning included in Guest Ready?
No. The package may include cleaning coordination, but the contractor’s service is charged separately.
Are repairs included in a monthly package?
No. The standard package covers the inspection and report. Any additional call-out, materials and specialist work are charged separately.
Can I arrange one visit without an ongoing package?
Yes, subject to location and availability. The price depends on the location, urgency and services required. We confirm the price before the visit.
