How it works
From your first message to the post-visit report
We first agree the location, services and access. We then inspect the property and send your update.

Four stages
Every step has a clear outcome
To begin, we only need the town and a brief description of the support you need. We agree the visit details in the next step.
- 1
Tell us about the property
Share the town and let us know whether you need regular inspections, key holding, pre-arrival preparation or a one-off visit.
- 2
Agree the scope and access
We confirm the visit frequency, inspection scope, access arrangements and any key holding requirements.
- 3
We inspect the property
We complete the agreed tasks, air the property, look for visible changes and take photos.
- 4
Receive your update
We send photos, details of the completed tasks and a concise description of the property’s visible condition.
Before the first visit
Access arrangements need to be agreed
We agree how the keys will be handed over, how access may be used and whether contractors may visit before the service starts.
Access only for agreed tasks
An inspection, property preparation or a contractor visit arranged in advance.
Agree the scope before acting
The frequency, tasks and report should be tailored to the specific property.
If we spot a problem
Additional action is agreed separately
If we notice a visible issue, we describe it and send photos. Any additional call-out or contractor visit is charged separately.
After the visit
A concise report you can review quickly
You receive photos of the agreed areas, details of the completed tasks and a description of any visible changes.
- Photos of the agreed areas
- Confirmation that the property was aired
- A concise overview of the general condition
- A suggested next step, if one is needed
The property was aired. No visible signs of damp were found within the agreed scope. One shutter requires further monitoring.
